don’t over think this…
Here an easy recipe for another commonly found at a Super Bowl food. And with the addition of Pates Family Seasonings they will not only score a touchdown, but get the extra point too! (Sorry for the puns, i can’t help it)
Pigs in a blanket
Ingredients
2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
48 cocktail-size smoked link sausages or other types of sausage cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Take the crescent rolls out of canned roll out on cutting board
Cut the crescent rolls into smaller strips (small enough to cover the sausages)
Sprinkle your favorite Pates Family Seasoning on the crescent roll strips and the sausages
Wrap each sausage with one crescent roll piece.
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Brush each on with meted butter
Sprinkle more Pates Family Seasoning on top
bake for 12-15 minutes
Serve with your favorite ketchup, mustard, or BBQ sauce
(You can also try mixing equal parts honey mustard and BBQ – that’s my favorite)
